Origin
Sourced from the high-altitude regions of Chiapas, Oaxaca, and Veracruz in Mexico. The beans are processed by Mountain Water Decaf®, a renowned facility known for preserving the rich, full flavour of the coffee while removing the caffeine.
Processing Method
The Mountain Water Decaf® process uses natural glacial water from Pico de Orizaba to gently remove the caffeine without losing any of the coffee’s essential flavours. This innovative decaffeination method ensures a rich and full-bodied cup, every time.

Sustainability
The Imperial Blend is decaffeinated using an environmentally friendly process at Latin America’s first decaffeination plant. The plant is committed to quality and innovation, ensuring that the best beans are used for this flavour-packed decaf.
Brewing Tips
For espresso, we recommend 18-20 grams of coffee at 93-95°C for the best extraction. Adjust your grind size for French press and drip brewing to match your preferred brew strength.

All our coffee is hand-roasted daily to ensure maximum freshness.
Once your order has been packed and handed over to Australia Post, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your parcel's journey via the Australia Post Tracking Tool.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of checkout. Ambassador Coffee Australia is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a re-delivery fee may apply.
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@ambassadorcoffee.com.au with your order number and photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue with Australia Post.
