Welcome to Ambassador Coffee Australia. We are proud to continue our family tradition of roasting exceptional coffee in Sydney since 1980. To ensure your beans arrive fresh and ready to brew, please review our shipping guidelines below.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all addresses within Australia, including PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers, via Australia Post.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer two flat-rate shipping options to provide you with the best service:

Standard Shipping: $10.00 (Flat Rate)Free for all orders over $100.00 AUD.Estimated Delivery: 2–8 business days (depending on your location).
Express Shipping: $15.00 (Flat Rate)Estimated Delivery: 1–4 business days.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post and do not include our internal processing time.

3. Order Processing Time

All our coffee is hand-roasted daily to ensure maximum freshness.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
During peak periods (such as Christmas or major sales), please allow an additional 1–2 business days for dispatch.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been packed and handed over to Australia Post, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your parcel's journey via the Australia Post Tracking Tool.

5. Correct Information

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of checkout. Ambassador Coffee Australia is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a re-delivery fee may apply.

6. Lost or Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@ambassadorcoffee.com.au with your order number and photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue with Australia Post.
