Origin
Sourced from the highland plateau of Dolok Sangul, Sumatra in Indonesia, grown by local farmers. The Onang Ganjang varietal is hand-picked and wet-hulled using traditional methods to ensure premium quality.
Processing Method
Wet-pulped and dried naturally over several days, the beans undergo the unique Giling Basa process, which imparts a distinct, bold flavour profile.

Brewing Tips
For espresso, use 18-20 grams of coffee with a brew temperature of 93-95°C to extract the full, complex flavours of The Empress.

About the Farmers
The smallholder farmers of Dolok Sangul use traditional methods to cultivate the Onang Ganjang varietal. Grown at altitudes of 1400 MASL, this coffee benefits from the region’s unique microclimate, producing exceptional beans through sustainable and ethical farming practices.

All our coffee is hand-roasted daily to ensure maximum freshness.
Once your order has been packed and handed over to Australia Post, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your parcel's journey via the Australia Post Tracking Tool.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of checkout. Ambassador Coffee Australia is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a re-delivery fee may apply.
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@ambassadorcoffee.com.au with your order number and photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue with Australia Post.
